In the midst of continued celebration for the franchise’s 20th anniversary.
ABS-CBN Studios and GMA Network have jointly announced that Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 will premiere on Saturday, October 25.
The next season of the Philippines’ longest-running reality show will bring together the Gen Z talents of the media companies’ respective talent agencies, Star Magic and Sparkle, under one roof.
The 2.0 season is the follow-up to Celebrity Collab, which marked the first collaboration between ABS-CBN and GMA for the said format and made its official launch back in March.
It was historic on the account that it celebrates the show’s milestone 20th year and was the very first edition where the cast was drawn upon from the rosters of both Star Magic and Sparkle.
Additionally, PBB Collab was also the first season to implement the duo scheme since the 2005 premiere, paving the way to the first Big Winner Duo in BreKa of Kapamilya actor-influencer Brent Manalo and Kapuso actress-content creator Mika Salamanca.
