That is what TV5’s upcoming music countdown show ‘Vibe’ aims to accomplish once it begins hitting the small screens on Saturday, August 9.
The said program features nine faces of the young generation who will not only present the show, but will also perform with the musicians coming to show as well.
Hailed as Vibe Jocks are Kapatid stars Ana Ramsey, Dylan Menor, Queenay Mercado, Kych Minemoto, Ryle Santiago, Paulo Angeles, along with Elijah Canlas, ‘Drag Race Philippines’ winner Maxie Andreison, and Joao Constancia.
Not only will the show champion original Filipino music (OPM), it will also listen the voices of the public, who will be given the power to choose the songs that they would like to see and hear in each episode.
According to TV5 President and CEO Guido Zaballero, the title was conceived as the network wants to spread only “good vibes” through the program.
Airing the entire week Monday to Sunday, it will also mark the return of renowned director Johnny Manahan to television.
TV5 has yet to reveal the exact time slot for ‘Vibe’ in the coming days.
