He will be seeing his Filipino fans for the first time.
In an announcement on Tuesday, July 1, integrated resort-hotel Solaire announced that it is bringing popular Korean actor Hyun Bin to the Philippines.
The 42-year-old star is set to headline his meet-and-greet event entitled ‘Hyun Bin Lands At Solaire’ scheduled to happen on Friday, August 8, 2025.
According to the organizers, 500 winners from both its Entertainment City (Parañaque) and Resort North (Quezon City) branches will be chosen to attend the show, which will be drawn on July 31.
To be eligible, one must have a PHP 2000 worth of single receipt purchase between July 1 until 31, 2025.
Hyun Bin debuted as an actor in 2003 and has starred in multiple hit Korean dramas over the years, led by the likes of ‘My Name Is Kim Sam Soon,’ ‘Secret Garden,’ ‘Hyde, Jekyll, and Me,’ and ‘Memories of Alhambra.’
In 2020, he portrayed Ri Jeong-hyeok in the widely-acclaimed series ‘Crash Landing On You,’ where he was paired with actress Son Ye Jin.
The year after, in 2021, they were revealed to be dating, with the couple eventually tying the knot in November 2022.
