New music from “Mr. Worldwide Handsome.”

On Friday, May 16, BTS member Jin officially released his second album titled ‘Echo,’ which features seven tracks.

One of those is the lead single, ‘Don’t Say You Love Me,’ which had its official music video uploaded on the same day.

Starring alongside Jin in the three-and-a-half-minute-long video is South Korean actress Shin Se Kyung, who shot the film with him in the island city-state Singapore.

Within 9 hours of its publication on video-sharing platform YouTube, the MV garnered over 2.7 million views and 800,000 likes.

Also included in the new ‘Echo‘ album are six other songs, namely, ‘Nothing Without Your Love,’ ‘Rope It,’ ‘Travel With Clouds,’ ‘Background,’ ‘To Me, Today,’ and ‘Loser‘ featuring YENA.

This also marks his comeback six months after he issued his first studio album, ‘Happy,’ in November 2024.

Jin is a member of the Korean boy band BTS, a septet that debuted in June 2013 and went on to become a juggernaut in the industry.

They are known for their multiple hits like ‘I Need U,’ ‘Dope,’ ‘Blood, Sweat, Tears,’ ‘Spring Day,’ ‘DNA,’ ‘FAKE LOVE,’ ‘Boy With Luv,’ ‘Dynamite,’ and ‘Permission To Dance,’ among others.

Despite having dabbled into doing solo music projects in the past, Jin only made his official debut as a soloist with the release of ‘The Astronaut’ in 2022.

That same year, Jin became the first member to fulfill his mandatory military service, which lasted until June 2024.
