On Saturday, March 15, the GMA and ABS-CBN co-produced ‘Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition’ aired a live program to welcome back actress-content creator Ivana Alawi to the outside world.
During the episode, viewers were able to witness the housemates succeed in their first weekly task, with the final hour being dedicated as an act of charity.
After which, a pre-recorded tape of the Kapamilya star sharing to her fellow celebrities inside the house that she is supposed to leave this evening.
Eventually, she had one-on-one interaction with Kuya, who gave his emotional farewell message to Alawi.
Meanwhile, her sister, Mona Alawi, stood by outside the door and became the first person that she met upon her exit from the ‘Big Brother’ house.
Ivana was introduced as houseguest during the opening night, with her mission being to make the official participants believe that she is also a contender for this season, representing the ABS-CBN side.
In her one-week stay as houseguest, she was tasked by Big Brother to present three gifts for the official housemates, which include the preparation for Josh Ford’s birthday party, and as one of the task leaders for their first weekly challenge.
‘Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab’ is the 18th installment in the franchise and is being held in celebration of the show’s 20th anniversary this year.
It also marks the fourth joint project between ABS-CBN and GMA, a list that includes the 2023 series ‘Unbreak My Heart,’ the GTV and GMA simulcast of ‘It’s Showtime,’ and the highest-grossing Filipino film of all-time ‘Hello, Love, Again’ starring Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards.
‘Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab’ airs every weeknight at 10:00 pm and weekends at 6:15 pm on GMA’s free-to-air channel, and online via Kapuso Stream, Kapamilya Online Live, and iWantTFC.
