The special series focusing on the ‘Nation’s Girl Group’ will be screened to a wider audience.
In a report on ‘TV Patrol,’ ABS-CBN News shared that the first two parts of the documentary series featuring the phenomenal P-pop group BINI will be aired on linear television over two weekends.
‘Chapter 1: Born To Win,’ which premiered in September 2024, will be broadcasting on A2Z and Kapamilya Channel on Sunday, March 9 at 8:30 pm.
The following week, on March 16, ‘Chapter 2: Here With You’ will be screened by both channels on the same time slot.
Meanwhile, ABS-CBN’s Chief of Reporters Jeff Canoy has also teased in a social media post the upcoming third part of the series, which will become available on streaming service iWantTFC “soon.”
Directed by Jet Leyco, the documentary series celebrates BINI’s groundbreaking success in the local and international music scene.
It also marked the return of ABS-CBN News Documentaries after a four-year-long hiatus due to the broadcast network shutdown in May 2020.
Composed of 8 members, namely Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena, BINI made their debit in June 2021.
They received immense popularity after their songs ‘Pantropiko’ and ‘Salamin, Salamin’ dominated streaming and social media platforms in 2024.
Recently, they released their newest extened play, ‘Biniverse,’ which carries the tracks ‘Cherry On Top’ and ‘Blink Twice,’ among others.
