A new song from the three musicians is coming real soon.
In an Instagram post, Thai singer Lisa of the popular K-pop group Blackpink announced that she is collaborating with American rapper Doja Cat and British singer-songwriter Raye.
The three musicians will be releasing the single titled ‘Born Again,’ which will become available on February 7, 2025 at 9:00 am (Korean time).
This song will come ahead of Lisa’s new album ‘Alter Ego,’ scheduled to be published on February 28, 2025.
Aside from new music, fans will also have to look forward to her acting debut via the third season of the HBO series ‘The White Lotus’ in February 2025.
Lisa debuted in 2016 as part of the third-generation K-pop group Blackpink, along with fellow members Jennie, Rosé, and Jisoo.
They became well-known in their home country and abroad, thanks to their successive hit songs ‘Whistle,’ ‘Boombayah,’ ‘Playing with Fire,’ ‘As If It’s Your Last,’ ‘Ddu-du Ddu-du,’ ‘Kill This Love,’ ‘Lovesick Girls,’ ‘Pink Venom,’ and ‘Shut Down,’ among many others.
The Thai K-pop star also launched her solo career in 2021, releasing hit songs ‘Money’ and the namesake single of her debut extended play ‘Lalisa.’
In 2024, she formally established her own agency LLOUD, through which she dropped the singles ‘Rockstar,’ ‘New Woman,’ and ‘Moonlit Floor.’
Lisa also made headlines that year when she joined the Victoria Secret Fashion Show as one of the musical performers, which include Tyla and Cher.
In 2025, Blackpink will be reunited for their first full-group comeback in over two years according to YG Entertainment.
