This was confirmed by the producers.
In a statement dated January 15, iMusic Entertainment Inc., which will produce the upcoming ‘Reset’ concert of ‘Asia’s Songbird’ Regine Velasquez, shared an updated regarding the show.
The company informed fans and concert attendees that SB19 member Stell Ajero, who was scheduled to perform on February 21, will no longer participate due to a “scheduling conflict.”
“This unforeseen issue arose from a miscommunication by our production manager. Unfortunately, we were unaware of this situation at the time of the press conference and announcement,” the producers explained.
It added, “It was only afterward that all parties involved were able to resolve the misunderstanding regarding the scheduled guest appearance.”
The company also apologized to attendees who were “looking forward to seeing Stell perform live with Regine at the concert,” and offered refund to fans “who purchased tickets” in the hopes of them doing a segment together.
Eligible to refund are those who bought tickets for the February 21 show from the day of the announcement date until January 15.
‘Reset’ will be a four-night concert of the ‘Songbird’ over two weekends. On both weeks, she will be having a night dedicated to performing new renditions of her classic original songs, while the other is for her timeless covers.
