Scoot to mount direct flights between Singapore, Iloilo

The budget carrier will launch the new route next quarter.

In a press release, Singapore-based low-cost carrier (LCC) announced that it will be launching its new route between its Changi Airport (SIN) hub and the Iloilo International Airport (ILO) in Iloilo City.

According to ther airline, the Singapore-Iloilo route will be operated through its 112-seater Embraer E190-E2 plane, with an initial frequency of twice a week.

Initial schedule has also been released, with the in-bound flight TR374 departing SIN at 2:00 am and arriving at ILO at 5:35 am every Monday and Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the return flight TR375 will depart the Philippines at 6:10 am and arrive in Singapore at 9:45 am.

Although, this will be progressively increased to four times a week by June 2025, with the additional days being Friday and Sunday.

One-way economy class fares will cost passengers SGD129 (~PHP 5,300).

Leslie Thing, Scoot’s Chief Executive Officer, said, “We remain committed to expanding our network and connecting travellers to new destinations around the world at a great value.”

“With the launch of direct flights to Iloilo City, we also hope to inspire customers to explore more cities within South East Asia and embark on new travel experiences,” he added.
