Korean pop girl group ITZY is back in the Philippines to perform at the upcoming New Year’s Eve Countdown event at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City on December 31, 2024.
The NYE countdown event marks the return of the return of the five-member team composed of Yeji, Ryujin, Yuna, Chaeryeong, and Lia, as a complete group in over a year.
Lia took a year-long hiatus in 2023 due to health-related concerns, and later made her return to the scene during the promotions for their latest album ‘Gold’ last October.
During her break, though, the other four members staged the female band’s ‘Born To Be’ concert tour in the Philippines last August 3 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
ITZY debuted in 2019 and released multiple hit tracks like ‘Dalla Dalla,’ ‘ICY,’ ‘Wannabe,’ ‘Not Shy,’ ‘MAFIA In the Morning,’ ‘Loco,’ and ‘Boys Like You.’
