GCash goes on three-hour ‘break’ on Wednesday, December 11

On Tuesday, December 10, electronic mobile payment platform GCash issued an advisory for its customers.

According to them, their app will be taking a break on Wednesday, December 11, from 12:00 mn until 3:00 am for a system maintenence.

“Please plan your transactions ahead to avoid any inconvenience,” it reminded its users.

GCash is the leading e-payment platform in the Philippines, with over 94 million users and market valuation of US$5 billion as of October 2024.
