The fifth generation K-pop girl group is returning to Manila
On Thursday, August 1, beverage company Coca-Cola Philippines announced that Korean girl group NewJeans is heading back to the Philippines this September for a concert.
They are set to attend the event titled ‘Ultimate Fandom Concert,’ which will take place at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on September 5, 2024.
Additional details, such as those concerning the ticketing process and seat plan have not yet been revealed by the organizers.
The event will mark NewJeans’ return to the Philippines after attending the Asia Artist Awards ceremony at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan in December 2023.
The group, composed of members Danielle, Hanni, Haerin, Minji, and Hyein, made their debut in 2022 is known for their songs like ‘Attention,’ ‘OMG,’ ‘Hype Boy,’ ‘Ditto,’ and ‘Super Shy.’
In May 2024, they made their comeback with ‘How Sweet,’ which is the title track of its namesake single album.
