Is this the beginning of the next “tingi” era for Ahgases?
On Friday, July 26, South Korean music label AOMG announced stops for GOT7 member Yugyeom’s upcoming ‘Trusty’ tour across Asia and Australia.
Among the destinations he will be visiting is Manila, where he is set to hold the concert on November 3, 2024.
As of the moment, important details like the venue, ticket prices, and seat plan have not yet been revealed by the local organizers of the concert.
Aside from Manila, Yugyeom will also be in Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Sydney, Jakarta, Taipei, and Tokyo.
‘Trusty’ marks Yugyeom’s first visit to Manila after joining forces with SHINee member Taemin and Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon in the ‘K-MAGIC’ concert in October 2023.
Yugyeom, along with the rest of GOT7, made their official debut under JYP Entertainment in 2014 and is known for their songs ‘Girls, Girls, Girls,’ ‘If You Do,’ ‘Just Right,’ ‘Hard Carry,’ ‘Never Ever,’ ‘You Are,’ ‘Lullaby,’ and ‘You Calling My Name.’
In 2021, they parted ways with JYP and released the song ‘Encore’ under a different label.
Yugyeom then ventured into his solo career, and most recently released his solo album titled ‘Trust Me’ in January 2024.
Before Yugyeom’s return to the Philippines later this year, his teammate Youngjae is the most recent member of GOT7 to perform in country after holding his ‘Inside Out’ concert in Quezon City last February 2024.
