The Korean girl group is coming back to the Philippines.
On Friday, K-pop girl group ITZY announced the list of stops for their upcoming ‘Born To Be’ world tour.
Part of the places they will visit is Manila, Philippines, where they are scheduled to hold a concert on August 3, 2024.
‘Born To Be in Manila’ will take place at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
Currently, local organizers have not yet released the full details regarding the concert, including the ticket prices and seat plan.
The forthcoming concert will mark the group’s return to the Philippines after last visiting the country in December 2023 for the 2023 Asia Artist Awards in Bocaue, Bulacan.
Due to her health-related hiatus, member Lia will not participate in the ‘Born To Be’ concert tour, although, MIDZYs need not to fret as Yeji, Ryujin, Yuna, and Chaeryeong will be joining them in this world tour.
Aside from the Philippines, the tour will be brought to cities like Seoul, Bangkok, Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Mexico City, among many others.
ITZY debuted in 2019 and released multiple hit tracks like ‘Dalla Dalla,’ ‘ICY,’ ‘Wannabe,’ ‘Not Shy,’ ‘MAFIA In the Morning,’ ‘Loco,’ and ‘Boys Like You.’
Earlier this month, the group dropped their pre-album release single titled ‘Untouchable,’ which is the lead single for their tour’s namesake album ‘Born To Be.’
