Even a strong “shower” in the form of a storm will not stop him.
On Saturday, July 19, Korean actor Byeon Woo Seok stages his second fan meeting in the Philippines, in conjunction with the local franchise of the food and beverage chain Dunkin’.
Titled ‘Daydreamin,’ the show takes place at at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
This event marks the return of the 34-year-old actor-model after previously visiting the country in June 2024 for the Manila stop of his ‘Summer Letter’ fan meeting tour, which was also brought to other parts of Asia.
It was back in January when Byeon Woo Seok was introduced as the newest country ambassador of Dunkin’, which had previously been endorsed by idol-actor Cha Eunwoo, who also held a fan event in the country in conjunction with the brand.
Meanwhile, Woo Seok made his debut first as a model, before moving on to acting in 2016.
Since then, he has been part of other productions like ‘Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo,’ ‘Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency,’ ‘Record of Youth,’ ‘Moonshine,’ ’20th Century Girl,’ and ‘Strong Girl Nam-soon.’
He later achieved a different level of popularity after starring as Ryu Sunjae in ‘Lovely Runner’, where he was paired with Kim Hye Yoon’s Im Sol, in April 2024.
Later that year, he was also seen in the romantic drama ‘No Gain, No Love,’ where he appeared in a cameo role as a fictionalized version of himself working in a neighborhood convenience store.
Soon, Woo Seok will be part of ‘The 21st Century Grand Prince’s Wife’ as Prince Lee Ahn. Moreover, he had been cast as Sung Jin-woo in the upcoming live-action adaptation of ‘Solo Leveling’ on Netflix.
