He’s making his comeback to the country soon.
Irish singer-songwriter Niall Horan will be having a concert in the country next year. He will be staging his “The Show” tour in Manila on May 13, 2024.
The said event will take place at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
Organizers have also announced the ticket prices, with passes ranging from Php 1500 for the Gen Ad section to Php 8250 for Lower Box A Premium. A ‘VIP Early Entry’ package will also be sold for Php 10,000 and a ‘Premium Seated Package’ will cost Php 12,250.
A “fanclub presale” is now underway, while an “LNPH Presale” will commence tomorrow, October 17. General sale of tickets to the public will begin on October 18 at 3:00 pm. Only a maximum of six tickets are allowed per transaction, the promoter said.
The upcoming concert will mark Niall’s return to the Philippines after six years. His last visit was in June 2018 for his ‘FLICKER’ solo concert, which was also held at the MOA Arena.
Aside from Manila, Niall will also bring the concert tour to other Asian cities, namely Singapore on May 9, 2024; Jakarta, Indonesia on May 11, 2024; and Tokyo, Japan on May 15, 2024.
Niall gained stardom when he became one of the five members of boy band One Direction, which was formed in 2010 via the reality singing competition ‘The X Factor UK’. The group went on to release massive global hits like ‘One Thing,’ ‘What Makes You Beautiful,’ ‘Best Song Ever,’ ‘Kiss You,’ ‘Steal My Girl,’ and ‘Night Changes,’ among others.
After the group went on indefinite hiatus in 2015, Niall carved a solo music career. In 2016, he made his solo debut and released singles like ‘This Town,’ and ‘Slow Hands,’ which both became part of his ‘FLICKER’ album. In 2020, he released his sophomore solo album titled ‘Heartbreak Weather’.
His most recent album is ‘The Show,’ from which the name of the concert tour was derived from.
