The band is set to perform tonight.
On Tuesday, September 26, Japanese rock band One Ok Rock will stage their concert at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
The said event is part of their ongoing ‘Luxury Disease Asia Tour,’ which was first held for two nights in Taipei, Taiwan.
After Manila, they are then set to bring the concert to other Asian cities of Jakarta, Indonesua on September 29 and Hong Kong on October 7 before taking a break. They will hit the road anew in December as they will perform for Thai fans in Bangkok on December 12, then Singapore on December 18.
‘Luxury Disease’ is also the band’s first in the region since the canceled tour in 2020, as well as their first in the Philippines in 5 years. They last performed in the country in January 2018 for their ‘Ambitions’ Asia tour.
The band was formed in 2005, and has since released an extensive discography, which includes “The Beginning,” which was used as an official soundtrack for the 2012 live-action movie ‘Rorouni Kenshin’.
In 2022, they released their latest album ‘Luxury Disease,’ from which the ongoing tour got its name. Included in the album are two singles which were used in the two other installments of the ‘Rorouni Kenshin’ franchise, ‘Renegades’ and ‘Broken Heart of Gold’.
