Fresh from the ‘accidental’ success of ‘FiLay’
‘Kapuso Primetime Princessc Barbie Forteza and ‘Pambansang Ginoo’ David Licauco — also known as BarDa — are teaming up for a new series. This time, it will be the upcoming TV remake of ‘Maging Sino Ka Man,’ the 1991 film that starred Robin Padilla and Sharon Cuneta.
In a post on social media, Barbie shared their look test for their roles in the remake. Barbie, who has been casted for the role Monique (originally portrayed by Sharon Cuneta), shared a popular line from the movie. “Ano na naman ba, Carding,” she captioned her tweet. Carding will be played by David.
‘Maging Sino Ka Man’ will air sometime this year on GMA Telebabad.
Apart from the series, Forteza and Licauco will also be starring in the movie ‘That Kind of Love’. They have already shot scenes for the movie in South Korea last May.
