Teaser trailer for historic collaboration drama ‘Unbreak My Heart’ of GMA and ABS-CBN, released

Set against the backdrop of a cold weather, the story seems to be anything but.

On Friday, March 31, GMA, ABS-CBN, Viu, and Dreamscape Entertainment, jointly unveiled the first teaser trailer of their upcoming collaboration series ‘Unbreak My Heart’. The drama stars Jodi Sta. Maria, Richard Yap, Joshua Garcia, and Gabbi Garcia.

In the first sneak-peek onto the series, we see Sta. Maria meeting Joshua Garcia’s character in Switzerland. Later on, they have a steamy encounter. After which, Joshua meets Gabbi’s character, that would subsequently develop into a seemingly budding romance between the two.

Jodi’s character witnesses them kissing inside a bar, that would prompt her to personally meet Gabbi later on. But strangely, Gabbi will go missing. This will lead to Richard Yap, who appears to be her father in series, to go search for her and also make an heated exchange with Sta. Maria in the process.

Montage clips at the end of the trailer point to darker turns in the series, one of which with Joshua going above a pedestrian bridge and shout “ayoko na!”

The series shot most of its important scenes in Switzerland.

A co-production between GMA, ABS-CBN Entertainment, and its unit Dreamscape, ‘Unbreak My Heart’ will premiere on GMA Network, GMANetwork.com, Viu, and iWantTFC later this year.
