With the network’s operations consolidating to a remaining portion of the property in the coming year.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on Thursday, October 29, ABS-CBN Corporation announced the completion of its change of address in all its government filings.

From its former home at the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Centre along Sgt. Esguerra Avenue, the media giant’s main headquarters now reflects the ELJ Communications Center on Eulogio Lopez Jr. (ELJ) Drive.

The move, which was first spotted in their disclosure in the middle of the year, is one of the physical signs of company’s impending consolidation of its operations to the remaining 1.4-hectare plot of land that it retained from its original 4.4-hectare ABS-CBN Compound.

It was back in February 2025 when Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) acquired three-hectares of yje land for PHP6.24 billion, with the turnover of the space initially expected to be completed by December 2026.

Hwoever, at the ABS-CBN Annual Stockholders’s Meeting in August, the company’s head of real estate and development Grant Orbeta gave shareholders an update regarding the status of the sold land parcel where both the Broadcasting Centre and Millennium Transmitter are both situated.

“After turnover of the sold parcel to Ayala Land by mid-2027, all operating units based in Quezon City will hold office in the Eugenio Lopez Communications Center and the Gina Lopez Building,” the company officer disclosed.

While there is no exact timeline just yet, ABS-CBN has permanently closed last August 16 its gate along Sgt. Esguerra Avenue ahead of the dismantling of the famed transmitter, which served as the key landmark in the area for decades.

Ayala bosses also confirmed earlier in the year that they still have no concrete plans in the foreseeable future regarding the acquired property.

At present, most ABS-CBN programs being produced inside the Broadcasting Centre will continue to emanate until mid-2027, with some shows set to gradually transition to the studios inside or attached to the ELJ Communications Center in the coming months.

One of the shows already emanating from the ELJCC is the reality show Pinoy Big Brother, which set up its new house on the building’s sixth floor.
