Bringing kilig of the Kapuso tandem to a wider audience.
On Sunday, October 25, the digital-first romantic comedy mini-series From Vlog to Love, which is top-billed by Shuvee Etrata and Anthony Constantino, will be making its way to free-to-air television.
This will let more viewers witness ths humor and heartwarming moments of the two stars, who respectively portray the character of Angge and Bullet in the mini-series.
According to the network’s press release, the story follows a witty probinsyana, who catches the eye of a Fil-Am heir, unaware that his efforts to win her heart are part of his online comeback plan.
“Angge (Shuvee) is a feisty college intern known for her quick wit and fierce determination to build a better life for herself and her grandmother without relying on anyone,” they noted.
Meanwhile, “Bullet (Anthony) is the charming but directionless Fil-Am boy who, after a viral scandal involving a spliced racist remark, is cut off by his rich father and exiled to the Philippines to manage the family resort. There, the real connection between Angge and Bullet unfolds.”
The project was tailor-made for their live team as it reflects their real-life dynamic as an “AFAM meets Bisdak” trope anchors the story, while also exploring modern love in the age of social media, viral content, and complicated relationships.
Also part of this project are Caitlyn Stave, Kiel Gueco, Christian Antolin, Marnie Lapus, Che Ramos-Cosio, and Ruby Ruiz.
