In a social media post, Rodrigo shared how much she loves the new song and video.

“I love this song and this vid so much! Chappell is the most incredible person and the most inspiring artist and I am so lucky to be able to learn from her and call her a friend,” she wrote.

“Getting to make art with people you love is the best feeling ever,” added Olivia as she thanked Chappell and the rest of her team for bringing the concept to life.

The song is part of the 23-year-old singer-songwriter’s studio album entitled you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, which was released in June.

The said album carries a total of 13 songs, with three singles including Drop Dead, The Cure, and Stupid Song.

Meanwhile, another collaboration in the same album is the song What’s Wrong With Me, where the Olivia teamed up with The Cure’s Robert Smith.

Apart from these, also included are Honeybee, Maggots For Brains, U + Me = <3, My Way, Purple, Begged, Less, and Cigarette Smoke.

It was back during the COVID-19 pandemic when Olivia struck a record deal with Geffen Records. Under which, she released her first two albums, which are Sour and Guts.

In 2024, she also staged her Guts concert at the Philippine Arena, where she made headlines after announcing that tickets only cost PHP 1,500 for all seating tiers, with “all net ticket proceeds” going to the pop star’s Fund 4 Good initiative.
