The new wing will eventually directly connect the mall with upcoming transport developments in the area.

In a post on their social media pages, Ayala Malls and its flagship mall Trinoma jointly announced the official opening date of the property’s newest wing called The Exchange.

According to the company, it will open on Friday, October 30, 2026, with other information set to be revealed in due course.

Although, the mall and property giant previously announced that this new wing will span 40,000 square meters and will have a mix of retail shops and offices, on top of being an intermodal hub with transit access and parking.

The project is confirmed to be housing the northern Metro Manila location of ABC-Mart Grand Stage, which has its flagship located at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.

But, the ultimate goal of this new project is capturing the increased commuter flows, as it will have direct connection to the Unified Grand Central Station, which will be intertwining the MRT-3, MRT-7, and LRT-1 lines, alongside UV Express, bus terminals, and point-to-point services.

Paul Birkett, Chief Operating Officer of Ayala Malls, “Trinoma’s expansion reflects strong, sustained demand from both retailers and consumers in Quezon City.”

“By combining transport connectivity, a stronger tenant mix, and targeted upgrades to the customer experience, we are positioning Trinoma for continued relevance and long-term growth,” he continued.
