The show is back after a brief break.
Days after Trendrod reported its supposed end last Friday, September 25, TV5’s late evening variety show Vibe Nights made its comeback on the evening of September 30 (Wednesday).
This time, the program has taken on a new format, much more intimate and chill. This, as it doubled down on its talk-centric format, where hosts will get to interact with artists who performed on its main program, the Saturday night show Vibe Plus.
In the first episode on this new format, Ryle Santiago and Ana Ramsey sat down with the Asia’s Nightingale, Lani Misalucha.
In the same episode, Santiago confirmed that the “fan-tambayan” show now has a brand new schedule on top of its new format.
It will now air exclusively on Wednesday nights from 10:45 to 11:15 pm, effectively axing its broadcasts on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
It is the latest in the multiple changes seen by the program since its 2025 launch. Originally, Vibe had two weekday editions and separate programs for Saturday and Sunday, with the latter being the main program.
However, in recent months, it has seen major changes. First, the weekday afternoon edition Vibe Up and the Saturday program Vibe TV were both scrapped.
The main Vibe was transferred to Saturday nights, with a replay episode on Sundays called Vibe Playback.
The restructuring of the TodoMax Primetime block also Vibe Nights reduced to 15 minutes every weeknight at 10:45 pm, before eventually becoming a weekly show.
Vibe Nights airs Wednesday nights at 10:45 pm, after Frontline Tonight.
Meanwhile, the main show, Vibe+, airs every Saturday from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm with a Playback every Sunday from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm.
