Are we seeing double? Perhaps, the past and the future?
On Saturday, September 5, the Heath’s Time concert of rising Kapuso teen actor Heath Jornales finally pushed through more than a month after its original schedule.
The show, which took place at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City, is a treat for his fans, Buzzbears, as it showcased his musical side.
But one of the highlights of the said concert is the surprise appearance onstage by actor-musician James Reid, who, like Heath, is an alum of the reality show Pinoy Big Brother.
The 33-year-old star, who was the Big Winner of the Teen Clash of 2010 and who had frequently been tagged as the 16-year-old’s showbiz lookalike, joined him for a special performance.
Heath’s Time comes after the Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 Kapuso second big placer dropped his debut single entitled Back To You last April.
That was followed by the release of his self-titled extended play last July, which featured more songs such as Summer Nights, Far Away, Promised Land, Coffee Shop, and Ikaw Pa Rin Hanggang Ngayon.
Heath is the son of action star Michael Roy Jornales and entered showbusiness as a child commercial model.
He would later formally enter the industry years later and has starred in several projects such as Lolong, Mga Batang Riles, Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre, and guest appearances in a number of GMA programs.
Most recently, he starred in the afternoon drama series You’re My Favorite Song alongside Caprice Cayetano, John Clifford, and Marco Masa.
