According to pronouncements made by low-cost carrier Cebu Pacific (CEB), it will soon be mounting anew several flights that it halted at the height of the oil crisis caused by the geopolitical conflict in the Middle East.

In its Iloilo hub in the Visayas, the company disclosed that it will be resuming direct flights from the “City of Love” to Bangkok (Dob Mueang) and Singapore.

CEB will resume flights from Iloilo to Bangkok (Don Mueang) and Iloilo to Singapore, operating three times weekly – every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — from November 23.

Meanwhile, return flights from Bangkok (Don Mueang) and Singapore to Iloilo will operate three times weekly every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday starting November 24.

Meanwhile, the Davao-Iloilo service will also have its frequency expanded from 10 times weekly to 14 times weekly.

Speaking of Davao, flights from the said Minandaoan city to the popular island destination of Siargao will be increased to 6 times weekly.

For those looking to hop on an international trip from the country’s Durian capital, they now have more options as Cebu Pacific will resume its direct flights between Davao and Hong Kong, operating four times weekly —every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday — from October 25.

As for the Davao-Bangkok (Don Mueang), the direct flights will start on October 26, with thrice weekly flights every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Currently, CEB also has an ongoing seat sale until August 31 for travel period that runs until January 31, 2027.

The airline currently operates in 35 Philippine and 26 international destinations spread across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
