In a clip uploaded onto social networking platform TikTok, host-actor Edwaed Barber, who is now pursuing his journey as a pastor, delivered a special news regarding his personal life.
The former Myx VJ and Pinoy Big Brother alum revealed that from being the “most single person” inside the church, he has become part of what he called an “awesome relationship.”
“From the last time I was here, I’m now in an awesome relationship… Don’t tell me that God is not real. I used to be the most single person in this place,” he said.
He then presented a photo of him with his fiancée, revealing that they are already getting ready to tie the knot soon.
“This is not the point of the sermon. I have a point for showing you all this. This is not just my girlfriend, this is my fiancée Rikki,” he said.
Edward highlighted: “I proposed… Naunahan niyo ako, okay lang. I proposed to her so she’s now my fiancée.”
He entered showbusiness after joining the reality program Pinoy Big Brother Lucky 7 in 2016, where he emerged as the fourth big placer of the batch.
Barber would be tap to join several projects such as the films Seven Sundays, Loving in Tandem, Fantastica, and The One That Ghost Away, as well as the fantasy TV series La Luna Sangre, among others.
He would also become aligned to hosting, becoming a part of the VJ lineup of the music channel Myx and of the variety show ASAP.
