They even had a dance cover with Mark.

Following their successful debut stint at the Summer Sonic Festival in Tokyo, Japan, the Nation’s Girl Group BINI was able to meet celebrity couple Scott Hoying and Mark Hoying backstage.

Their encounter was immortalized with the photos uploaded by Scott, one of the five members of the popular vocal group Pentatonix, on Instagram.

The singer even made it more extra by joining forces with Jhoanna, Maloi, Sheena, and Colet for a dance cover of the Filipina group’s single Step Back.

Scott also included in the carousel a short video during a question-and-answer panel, where he revealed that he was listening to BINI’s most recent album Signals, with the song Honey Honey being his favorite.

In the caption, the American personality simply wrote: “We love you, biniph!”

It was on Sunday, August 16, when the entire eight-member group comprising Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena took the Mountain Stage at Summer Sonic Festival in Tokyo, which was held at the ZOZO Marine stadium and Makuhari Messe.

There, the P-pop group performed a nearly similar setlist to their performance in the Osaka leg of the festival on August 14, which includes Cherry On Top, Zero Pressure, Out of My HeadBorn To Win, Step Back, Blush, and Unang Kilig.

Their back-to-back 2024 hit songs Salamin, Salamin and Pantropiko bookended the said performance, with BINI even performing a mix of Filipino and Japanese lyrics of the former.
