The game is not yet over.
In a post on social media, Bida Sa Arena announced that a rematch between the teams led by heartthrobs Gerald Anderson and David Licauco is already on the table.
Their respective teams, The Th3rd Floor and Team Sparkle will play against each other again for an exhibition match that also includes some other heartthrobs and promising artists from ABS-CBN and Sparkle GMA Artist Center.
The Rematch will happen on September 26, 2026 at the SM Seaside Cebu Arena in Cebu City, with tickets ranging from PHP300 in Box Regular B to PHP4,950 in the Courtside.
The first exhibition basketball game was held last May 3 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. In the said match, The Th3rd Floor emerged as the winner after defeating Team Sparkle, 96–89.
Back then, part of Anderson’s squad were Kapamilya stars led by his Blood Vs. Duty co-star Richard Gutierrez, and It’s Showtime host Vhong Navarro.
Also present in Gerald’s team were Jameson Blake, RK Bagatsing, Emilio Daez, Binsoy Namoca, Elyson de Dios, Johannes Rissler, Argel Saycon, and Tristan Ramirez, and social media stars Tommy Tiangco and Malupiton.
Meanwhile, Licauco’s squad was composed of All-Out Sundays‘ Rayver Cruz, Bubble Gang‘s Edgar Allan Guzman, Paul Salas, and Andre Paras.
Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab‘s Will Ashley, Josh Ford, Dustin Yu, and Mavy Legaspi, as well as model-actors Anthony Constantino, Kimson Tan, Prince Carlos, and Mateo Monzones were part of Team Sparkle as well.
At present, details about the official line-up of players for both teams have yet to be finalized.
