Boosting the number of dining choices gor passengers after clearing the immigration and security checks.

Last July 30, the New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC), which operates the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) formally opened to the public the new Airside Food Hall at Terminal 3.

The said food hall, located on Level 4, features a number of restaurants such as Conti’s, Ramen Nagi, and Shake Shack.

Other stores like BHC Chicken, Caravan Black, Cibo, Gloria Maris, and Love-A-Bowl are also set to open their branches at the said space, which opened as part of ongoing works to improve the experience of passengers.

Apart from food spots, a new 500-square-meter Kultura store also opened in the airside part of the terminal to offrr a wide range of Filipino products, including handmade souvenirs, popular snacks, apparel, home decor, and airport-exclusive merchandise.

The Airside Food Hall can be accessed via the Level 3 elevators beside Air Mall.

For passengers, they are told to simply follow the green arrows to the elevators and proceed to Level 4. Although a direct-access escalator to the Food Hall will also open in August.

Prior to its opening, NNIC said additions are part of its ongoing effort to make better use of T3 space and convert underused areas into amenities that can serve more passengers throughout the day.

Our goal is to make T3 more useful and comfortable for more passengers,” the NNIC management said. “We are reworking available spaces so they can serve travelers better throughout the day.”

According to NNIC, Terminal 3 is an “immediate priority” for them because of its passenger volume, space constraints and need for more food, beverage and service options, especially in the international departure area.

Landside or pre-immigration, more than 40 new restaurants and retail concepts have been opened, with spaces such as the Tambayan Food Hall at the Arrivals Level and the Mezza Food Hall on Level 2 having opened in 2025.

Notably, the said airport terminal also helped NAIA rank seventh globally for layover food options and sixth for most affordable airport lounge access in a study of the world’s 50 busiest airports by the UK-based Airport Parking and Hotels in March 2026.
