On Tuesday, July 28, Korean co-ed group KARD dropped their first-ever full-length album entitled Where To Now? (Part.2): NOWHERE.
The said record, which is also their final release following the announcement of their forthcoming disbandment, carries a total of 10 tracks.
Among these is the lead single entitled Back To Life, which had its music video released on the same day. Currently, the video has amassed more than 370,000 views on YouTube, as of this writing.
The album also carries the tracks Armor, At Least, Signal, Always, and the instrumental version of Back To Life.
In addition, it also features the solo performances of BM with Move, J.seph with EASY, Somin with Backseat, and Jiwoo with Home Sweet Home.
It was last July 5 when their parent label DSPmedia announced thatbthe quartet will be parting ways after the release of the album and their succeeding world tour.
“First and foremost, we would like to sincerely thank HIDDEN KARD for your unwavering love and support for KARD throughout the years,” read the company’s statement, as translated by the entertainment website Soompi.
“After careful and thoughtful discussions with all four members, we have mutually agreed that this album and tour will mark the conclusion of KARD’s journey as a group,” it added.
They then expressed their gratitude to fans, the Hidden KARD, for supporting them for a decade and expressed their hope that the supot will continue as each of the four K-pop stars begin the “next chapter of their individual journeys.”
DSPmedia furthered, “The members have poured their hearts into preparing this album and tour, and we sincerely hope these final activities will become cherished memories for HIDDEN KARD.”
KARD was first introduced in 2016 and officially marked their debut the following year. They are known for their string of early hits such as Don’t Recall, Oh NaNa, Rumor, and Hola Hola.
