It looks to bring timeless classics to viewers.
Cable music channel Myx has officially launched a brand new service available on its Facebook and YouTube pages.
Called Myx On Repeat, the live stream is available for six hours daily from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (Philippine time) or 6:00 pm to 12:00 mn (Pacific Standard Time).
The lineup consists of fan-favorite shows, artist interviews, lifestyle content, specials, and other ‘memorable moments’.
Exact programs part of the service are Booked, Discovering Routes, Making It In America, Making It In Canada, MYX Eats, MYX Now, MYXclusive, Filgrimage, The Ripple, and The Wrizzards, among others.
In addition, an hour of content will also be simulcast on the main TV channel starting July 11 (Saturday), the “nostalgia hour” featuring programs from the yesteryears. First to air is MYX Olympics, which sees artists participate in a fun game.
There will also be MYX 3 on 3, MYX Forum, MYX Wer U At, MYXposed, and MYX Adventures in the future.
The launch of Myx On Repeat comes months after Myx Global Live, a placeholder name for the same stream, was first observed in May 2026.
Back in 2024, ABS-CBN Global’s Managing Director for Asia-Pacific Maribel Hernaez first noted the major changes for the channel in recent years, which originally launched in 2000.
“The first thing that really changed was how we deliver our content. It became digital first, dati nauuna ang TV o cable,” noted Hernaez. “The second major change, we carry the MYX Global (name) right now because we believe that the world is our stage already.”
She also said that the channel is also sticking to its “original DNA” as a music channel. “We try to keep it, mayroon pa ring nostalgia. Nakakatuwa ang generation ngayon na even if the young ones are creating their own brand, own type of music — marami pa rin sa kanila ang nakaka-appreciate ng icons, ng legacy ng artists who came earlier.”
MYX’s linear channel, however, still remains available on SkyCable, Cignal, SatLite, GSat, Cablelink, and in 160 cable operators nationwide. It is also available via IPTV and tje iWant app.
