They have set a time and place for their meet-up.

For a second day in a row, comedy icons Vic Sotto and Vice Ganda have once again exchanged words on the air on Saturday, July 4.

During the respective episodes of their noontime variety programs Eat Bulaga and It’s Showtime, the two continued their on-air shoutout for each other.

Vice was first to say on Showtime that she agrees to the invitation of Vic to meet in person. However, she said that she is not available for the day and would instead want to proceed to a meeting on July 5 (Sunday) at 4:00 pm in Cubao.

Kahapon, ‘di ba? Bago tayo natapos, may binati ako. Binati ko si Bossing kahapon. Nag-I love you ako sa kanya,” told Vice in her opening banter with co-hosts Vhong Navarro and Jhong Hilario. “Binati niya rin ako sa Eat Bulaga.”

Nagulat ako. Sabi n’ya sa akin, ‘mag-uusap tayo nang masinsinan,’ (‘yun ‘yung sinabi) ni (Bossing Vic Sotto),” the Unkabogable Box-Office Superstar continued. “So napag-isip naman ako. Ano ba ‘yung imbitasyon ni Bossing at gusto n’ya akong makausap?

Vice then said that, at least for that day, she is not available, but assured that she wants to meet her fellow comedy icon in person, as well.

It was then she invited him to a meeting with set place and time.

Kaya, Bossing, kung may oras ka. Bukas (July 5), magkikita tayo 4:00 pm sa Cubao,” Vice said. “Hindi naman ‘to pagbabanta, imbitasyon ito. S’yempre binati ako at kinilig naman ako.”

Ako po ay kinikilig at excited,” she also tolf the public as she invited both Madlang People and Dabarkads to await their meeting in Cubao.

In response, Vic said during the segment The Age Is Right, “Mag-uusap na kami (ni Vice),” he told his co-host Maine Mendoza.

“Eh, dapat mamaya, kaso hindi daw siya pwede. Bukas daw.,” he said, jokingly saying that he will be there at 3:59 pm.

Meanwhile, amid their on-air exchanges, ABS-CBN film production arm Star Cinema also teased in its social media pages the “BIG” announcement that will happen for a “new movie.”

While there is still no confirmation, a powerhouse tie-up is rumored to be coming as Vice ans Vic will team up for their entry to the upcoming 52nd Metro Manila Film Festival in December 2026, which they are both established crowd-drawers.

Vice participated in the recent edition last December with her film Call Me Mother, where she earned her first Best Actor award. Meanwhile, Vic joined the milestone 50th edition in 2024 with his partnership with Piolo Pascual for The Kingdom.
