Another acting role for the P-pop star.
In a post on the band’s social media account, BGYO member Akira Morishita was officially announced to be joining the upcoming iWant series entitled Miss Behave.
He is set to portray the character of Warren, with the 24-year-old seen wearing the cast members’ uniform for the show, which is set to premiere this June.
This is also set to be his second acting assignment this year, as Akira, together with fellow BGYO members JL, Gelo, Mikki, and Nate, are set to make a special participation in the GMA series Born To Shine.
Akira joins the cast which include former child stars Alexa Ilacad and Xyriel Manabat, award-winning actress Rans Rifol, Pinoy Big Brother Connect alum Andi Abaya, and Reign Parani.
Also seen in the original photos uploaded by the platform regarding the show are award-winning actor JC Alcantara, rising leading men Jeremiah Lisbo, LA Santos, and Raven Rigor, as well as Zach Casteñada, and PBB Connect ex-housemate Zach Guerrero.
This show is set to be directed by Ivan Andew Payawal, who previously helmed the iWant original series Love At First Spike, which was a banner show during its 2025 relaunch.
Miss Behave is one of the upcoming productions on the ABS-CBN streaming platform next month, with its slate including the first-ever Filipino studio-produced series shot in Hollywood, Nurse The Dead, which is confirmed for a June 12 premiere date.
