Marking the special day not only of his wife, but also for the both of them.
In a post on his Instagram account on Tuesday, March 24, Kapamilya actor Zanjoe Marudo shared images of his treat for his wife, actress Ria Atayde, who celebrated her 34th birthday the day prior.
In the first image of the carousel post, it can be seen that the 44-year-old prepared a customized cake that includes a childhood photo of his partner.
In the next few slides, he also shared images of Ria and some of the special milestones in their relationship, as on the same day, they also marked their second wedding anniversary.
“Happy birthday and happy anniversary aking sinta,” Zanjoe wrote in the caption, adding Ria’s birthdate and their wedding date.
Marudo and Atayde first met as co-stars in the teleserye My Dear Heart in 2017, but only began dating in late 2022, as confirmed by the latter’s mother, Sylvia Sanchez.
Months later, in January 2023, Zanjoe publicly confirmed their relationship in an interview with Karen Davila.
In February 2024, they surprised the public with a social media post announcing their engagement that was quickly followed by their intimate civil wedding ceremony on March 23 that year.
Months later, in September 2024, the couple welcomed their first child.
