A Valentine’s treat for his fans, Zushis.
Last February 14, original Filipino music (OPM) hitmaker Maki released the Kolorcoaster live album, which features his live vocals and performances of tracks from the namesake main album.
Songs include his hit songs Dilaw, Namumula, Kahel Na Langit, Bughaw, as well as Abelyana, Turning Green, Indigo, Nangungulila, Itim na Ulap, and ROYGBIV.
The said live album also dropped just a week before the singer’s scheduled return to the Araneta Coliseum for the encore of his successful Kolorcoaster concert last November.
Given the subtitle One More Ride, the said show will be held this Saturday, February 21, with organizers having opened up more seats in the Lower Box and Upper Box sections in light of high demand.
In the first night last November, he shared the stage with numerous artists like BINI member Maloi Ricalde, whom he worked with in the music video for Dilaw—which they also performed together, Yeng Constantino, and Angela Ken.
The young musician was definitely hands-on with this project, as he also served as both the concert director and the musical director.
After the Araneta Coliseum show, Maki flew abroad with Yeng for the international leg of the concert series, which was held in the Middle East.
Maki had his breakthrough in the music scene in 2023 after releasing his slate of early hit singles like Saan?, Bakit?, and Kailan?, which were all part of his album Tanong.
