It will be built inside the 462-hectare ecotourism community in Palawan.
“We are excited to pioneer this new residential concept in the country through Santé Residences Palawan at Paragua Coastown.” That is what Javier Romeo Abustan, head of sales and marketing, Megaworld Palawan noted on the upcoming project in the province.
The property giant is set to build its third residental development in the ecotourism township, which is located in San Vicente, Palawan.
Rising at 14-storeys, the Santé Residences Palawan is being touted as the first WELL-registered residential development in the Philippines, which will make it adhere to a globally recognized benchmark for designing and operating developments that put a premium on wellness implemented across ten key concepts.
These categories include air quality, water, nourishment, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound, materials, mind, and community, noted the company.
“We designed this development to be a sanctuary that goes beyond aesthetics by integrating elements of nature and the science of living well in every space,” added Absutan.
The building’s facade is envisioned to make it look part of a vast tropical expanse, with angled balcony pods oriented to provide coastal and mountain views to all 460 units in the development.
Wireless smart home systems that can be accessed remotely using a dedicated phone app are also said to be coming with each unit, allowinh residents to control their living environment remotely.
On the second level amenity deck, several curated wellness facilities like The Verve Studio, Halotherapy Center, Quiet Lounge, Hydro-kinetics Pool, and the Santé Botanique Garden.
Other amenities featured include a function room, a dedicated co-working space, daycare center, fitness center, game room, infinity lap pool, kiddie pool, outdoor playground, and an outdoor lounge.
Residents will also be able to enjoy WiFi access throughout the entire amenity area, added the developer.
Santé Residences Palawan is the latest residential development by Megaworld in Paragua Coastown, following Paragua Beach Village and Oceanfront Premier Residences.
Megaworld said that it is expecting to generate around PHP6.5 billion in sales from the new development that is slated for completion by 2031.
Aside from residential developments, a pair of 11-story Megaworld hotels are now under construction in Paragua Coastown, Savoy Hotel Palawan and Paragua Sands Hotel, which will offer a combined 617 hotel room keys.
The town of San Vicente is being presented as the next tourist spot in the province, as it is known for the 15-kilometer Long Beach—the longest stretch of white-sand beach in the Philippines.
