They went on an island escapade.
In a post on his Instagram account, the Kapuso Primetime King, Dingdong Dantes, shared snapshots from his trip with his wife, Kapuso Primetime Queen, Marian Rivera, and their two kids.
The celebrity couple enjoyed the sights and sands of El Nido, Palawan, where they are celebrating not only the year-end holidays, but also a special milestone in their married life.
Exactly 11 years ago, on December 30, 2014, the two tied the knot in a grand wedding ceremony held in Quezon City.
More than a decade after that, they are stronger than ever, with Dingdong sharing a sweet message to his wife on their special occasion.
“You were exactly what our family needed…and you continue to be,” the 45-year-old actor wrote.
He continued, “Eleven years married to you, [Marian], and I remain humbled by the wife you are, the mother you’ve become, and the life we continue to build together, by His grace.”
In a separate post, Dong also uploaded pictures of his children while they were enjoying the sea. Meanwhile, in his stories, he also shared yacht party with of their companions in this trip.
Dingdong and Marian, also known as the pair DongYan, first starred together in the top-rated series Marimar in 2007, and went on to work together in more projects like drama serials Dyesebel and My Beloved, and the movie You To Me Are Everything.
In 2012, they got engaged in Macau, a milestone that took them two years to publicly share during an episode of Rivera’s self-titled variety show.
A year into their marriage, they welcomed their first child, Zia, in December 2015. Their second-born, Sixto, followed her in 2018.
In 2023, Marian and Dingdong starred in the highest-grossing Metro Manila Film Festival entry, Rewind, which recorded over PHP 900 million in the box-office.
