While she did not show her face, the superstar’s voice was once again heard by the public.
On Sunday, December 21, award-winning actress Angel Locsin made a surprise television appearance more than four years.
This, as she showed her support to her stepson, Joaquin Arce, in the reality show Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab 2.0.
Locsin was heard requesting a special Christmas carol from Joaquin and the rest of the housemates as part of their weekly task. She included her name, as well as her husband and the young star’s biological father, Neil Arce, the actor-model’s biological mother Sunshine, and his grandmother J-Lo.
Angel, Neil, and Sunshine, who chose to not show their faces on camera, were heard talking with each other as they watched the young artists performing through a television screen.
The actress even shared her link with two other housemates this season. The first one being Ashley Sarmiento, who portrayed the younger version of her character Rhian Bonifacio in The General’s Daughter, while Miguel Vergara was her son in the movie One More Try.
This brief appearance marks the first time that the 41-year-old actress was heard by the public in over three years, as she has been on hiatus both on mainstream and social media since late 2022.
Although, in recent months, she had intermittently shared posts on her accounts on X (Twitter) and Instagram, which were mostly to express her support to Joaquin, who had signed with Star Magic back in July.
