Exciting fans as a new face is also set to join the series soon.
On Friday, September 19, GMA’s top-rating telefantasya ‘Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre’ released a new teaser as the story enters its new chapter.
In the one-minute clip, the four new generation gem-keepers, Terra (Bianca Umali), Flamarra (Faith Da Silva), Adamus (Kelvin Miranda), and Deia (Angel Guardian), were seen exerting all their might to protect Encantadia.
Also there to guide them in their journey are the likes of Pirena (Glaiza de Castro), Imaw, and the still-unnamed character of SB19 member Justin de Dios—who was seen for the first time in a teaser for the show.
The P-pop star’s ethereal look appears to make him look like one of the personalities in Devas, although it is a theory that has yet to be confirmed as the show continues its run.
Meanwhile, back to wreak havoc on the land of the Encantados is Mitena (Rhian Ramos), with the four Sang’gres joining forces as one to bring her down at the end of the teaser.
The new chapter teaser is the confirmation of the swirling news about the extension of the show, which has been performing strongly in the primetime TV game.
‘Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre,’ which airs nightly on GMA and GTV, is the sequel to the 2016 reboot of the franchise that started in ‘Mulawin’ back in 2004 and the original version of ‘Encantadia’ in 2005.
