Two Asian pop stars were literally walking toward the same direction.
On Friday, September 12, fans awaiting the departure of Red Velvet member Seulgi at the Incheon Airport in South Korea were stunned by what occurred that day.
This, as they did not only meet the K-pop star, who was leaving then for a trip abroad, but also the Philippines’ Popstar Royalty, Sarah Geronimo and her husband, Matteo Guidicelli.
In a video clip on social media, it was seen that the Filipino celebrity couple and their group were pushing their luggage carts toward the departure hall, when the team of Seulgi appeared from their behind and made its way past them.
While the two did not have any sort of direct communication between each other at that moment, the video still made rounds within the Philippine K-pop community.
Blogsite Annyeong Oppa even mashed up the lyrics of Geronimo’s ‘Kilometro’ and Red Velvet’s ‘Psycho,’ which resulted to a line that read: “Gagawin ko ang lahat upang, sa huli, sa huli, sa huli ay… Psycho.”
Others have also since requested that a powerhouse collaboration happen between the two popstars, who do not only sing, but also share the same passion for dancing.
Speaking of collabs, Sarah Geronimo recently dropped the single ‘Umaaligid,’ where she worked with P-pop Kings SB19.
Meanwhile, Seulgi released her second extended play entitled ‘Accidentally On Purpose’ last March 2025.
