A person’s “villain era” would be possible after completing the fictional curriculum.
On Thursday, August 14, streaming platform Netflix released the full trailer for the upcoming movie ‘Kontrabida Academy’ starring Barbie Forteza and Eugene Domingo, among an ensemble of cast.
The film will follow Gigi (Barbie Forteza), whose life is falling apart—whether in her work, family, and even lovelife.
She will then meet Mauricia (Eugene Domingo), who will invite her to enroll at the titular Kontrabida Academy to learn how to become bad, fierce, and brave.
Aside from the two award-winning actresses, also part of this movie are the likes Michael de Mesa, Carmina Villaroel, Jameson Blake, Xyriel Manabat, Ysabel Ortega, and Yasser Marta.
The film is under the direction of Chris Martinez, who is known for his comedy films ‘Here Comes The Bride’ and ‘Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank’.
‘Kontrabida Academy’ is set to begin streaming on Netflix on September 11, 2025.
