The one-and-only Chinita Princess made sure to make it special.

In a series of posts on her Instagram account on Tuesday, June 3, actress-host-performer Kim Chiu shared a reel where she wore a Francis Libiran red gown.

Alongside the video clip, she wrote a lengthy caption that served as her “thank you” letter to everyone who has been part of her 19-year journey.

“Today marks my 19th year in the industry.
And as I woke up this morning, I was greeted with a wave of love—videos, photos, and messages that took me back through the years. Each memory reminded me of the beautiful, challenging, and unforgettable journey I’ve been blessed to walk,” she opened.

Kim then looked back to nineteen years ago, writing, “I was just a young dreamer who wanted to be seen on television—no idea where life would take me, no certainty, just faith. Who would’ve thought that one simple dream would turn into a lifelong passion and purpose? It still amazes me.”

She then dedicated a part for her fans and followers who have stood with her all the way.

“To my loving supporters—those who have been with me from the very beginning and those who joined along the way—you are the reason I am still here. Your unconditional love, your cheers, your patience, your endless support in every projects, teleseryes, variety shows, concerts, movies, commercials, and even in the quiet moments—thank you. There are no perfect words to express how deeply I appreciate each and every one of you.”

Kim also did not forget to express her gratitude to ‘Pinoy Big Brother,’ where she started her career as the Big Winner of the first Teen Edition of the program in 2006.

“To my PBB family, thank you for changing my life. You gave me my first step,” tagging both the accounts of the show and former business unit head and current TV Production chief Laurenti Dyogi.

She also thanked her mother network, ABS-CBN  for their trust, guidance and, opportunities, as well as brands that believed in her.

“But most of all—to our Lord God, thank You for the gift of entertainment, the courage to keep going, and the strength to remain grounded. This life, this journey… it’s all because of You,” Kim added.

To end, she expressed, “From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Here’s to the past 19 years that shaped me and to the years ahead that will continue to define me. Cheers to more years of purpose, passion, and gratitude.”

In a separate post, she described herself as phoenix that will rise “again and again” through whatever life throws her way.

Kim is seen in the noontime programs ‘It’s Showtime’ and ‘ASAP’ as one of the mainstays.

She also comes fresh from the blockbuster success of her first movie with Paulo Avelino, ‘My Love Will Make You Disappear,’ which raked in Php 173 million in the box-office.
