The network has once again mounted one of local showbusiness’ biggest glamfests.
On Friday, April 4, the “who’s who” of Philippine showbiz scene gathered together at the Solaire Resort North for the comeback of the ABS-CBN Ball this year.
Titled ‘Brighter Together,’ the event has been themed spring formal, with stars, businesspeople, and politicians bringing their A-game to showcase their style.

Some of the biggest names that were also seen at the carpet were Kathryn Bernardo, Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Richard Gutierrez, Kim Chiu, Paulo Avelino, Nadine Lustre, and P-pop group BINI, among many others.
Also at the venue were Angel Aquino, Dolly de Leon, Angelica Panganiban, Janine Gutierrez, Mylene Dizon, Dimples Romana, Bela Padilla, Andrea Brillantes, Kyle Echarri Francine Diaz, Seth Fedelin.
Married couples also walked down the red carpet together, such as Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid; Sharon Cuneta and Kiko Pangilinan; Heart Evangelista and Sen. Chiz Escudero; Rep. The 2025 ball is held for a cause, with the ABS-CBN Foundation named the beneficiary of proceeds that would be raised during the event.
ABS-CBN Ball 2025 also marks the event’s return more than a year after it was last held in September 2023.
The ball first took place in 2018 and was effectively the replacement for the annual Star Magic Ball, which itself began in 2007 and was only exclusive for artists under the Kapamilya talent management group.
In its present form the ABS-CBN Ball, it became an open event to all Kapamilya stars, regardless if they are being managed by other companies, as well as other showbiz personalities from other talent agencies and even TV networks.
To date, it has been held three times, with it taking place in 2018 and 2019, before the ball took a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic — only to return in 2023.
