The Kapamilya actor is set to make his debut in the international movie scene soon.
In a report by Variety, it shared that Anthony Jennings will be going solo for his first-ever overseas project.
Titled ‘Mother Maybe’ of Sonny Calvento, it will follow his character, Marco, as he reunites with his long-lost mother during a game show, but he later discovered a shocking secret.
Calvento described Anthony as one with “natural charm,” which makes him easy to watch, as well as praised his ability to make viewers cry one moment and laugh in the other.
‘Mother Maybe’ will be a co-production betwren Lantern Studios, E&W Films, and Volos Films.
Anthony’s notable past projects are the likes of ‘Can’t Buy Me Love,’ ‘Tara, G!,’ ‘The House Arrest of Us,’ and ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye.’
This year, he joined the ongoing action series ‘Incognito’ and the highly-streamed digital film ‘Sosyal Climbers’ with Maris Racal on Netflix.
