Maki to perfom during BINI’s ‘Biniverse’ Philippine Arena concert

The trending OPM acts of 2024 will be together on-stage.

In a poster, P-pop group BINI’s official social media accounts announced the participation of rising original Filipino music (OPM) star Maki in the upcoming ‘BINIverse’ concert.

Maki is known for his original songs ‘Saan?’, which was later followed by ‘Bakit?’ and ‘Kailan?’.

He made history after becoming the first artist to land a number 1 spot at the inaugural Billboard Philippines Top 100 chart last July 2024 for his song ‘Dilaw.’

The rising artist then released ‘Namumula’ and ‘Bughaw’ before the end of that year.

Back to ‘Biniverse,’ the event will take place at the world’s largest indoor arena, the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan and is scheduled for February 15, 2025.

It will also be the ‘Nation Girl Group’s’ first stop in their ucpoming world tour, as they will be staging ‘Biniverse’ kn Singapore, Dubai, London, and the United States of America, with more places to be added soon, the group’s parent label Star Music previously disclosed.

It also follows the the girl group’s successful, sold-out, three-night ‘Grand BINIverse’ concert at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City last November.

Apart from the Valentine’s concert, the ‘Nation’s Girl Group’ will also be holding the ‘BINI Run Mun’ fun run in Muntinlupa on Sunday, January 19.

Composed of Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena, BINI debuted in June 2021 with the song ‘Born To Win.’

In early 2024, they garnered immense popularity, thanks to their successive hit songs ‘Pantropiko’ and ‘Salamin, Salamin,’ which was later followed by the English-language track ‘Cherry On Top’ in July.

For 2025, Blooms will be expecting the release of their new single titled ‘Blink Twice.’
