On Monday, January 6, Korean pop girl group GFriend dropped the “mood film” for the track titled ‘Season of Memories,’ which is part of their upcoming namesake reunion album.

The six-member team, composed of Sowon, Yerin, Eunha, Yuju, SinB, and Umji will be releasing the special album ‘Season of Memories’ under their original label Source Music on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 6:00 pm (Korean time).

Aside from new music, the girl group will also be holding a two-day special event in Seoul, South Korea on January 18 and 19, 2025.

These activities mark their return after their last extended play titled ‘Song of the Sirens,’ which carried the single ‘Apple,’ in 2021.

GFriend made their debut back in 2015 with the song ‘Glass Bead,’ which was later followed by their breakthrough hits ‘Me Gustas Tu,’ ‘Rough,’ and ‘Navillera.’

They went on to drop tracks like ‘Fingertip,’ ‘Love Whisper,’ ‘Fever,’ ‘Mago,’ and ‘Apple.’

In 2021, the entire group left Source Music, with Eunha, SinB, and Umji later creating Viviz, while Sowon, Yerin, and Yuju concentrated on their respective solo careers.
