More than a year after his last visit, the K-pop star is back.

Korean pop star Taemin, member of second generation boy group SHINee, is in Manila for the staging of the Philippine leg of his ongoing ‘Ephemeral Gaze’ world tour.

The said concert takes place at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City on Sunday, November 24, 2024.

Apart from the Philippines, also listed in the said poster are the cities of Incheon, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Tokyo, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Fukuoka, Jakarta, Abu Dhabi, and Singapore.

The upcoming ‘Ephemeral Gaze’ concert marks Taemin’s return to the Philippines after previously joining forces with Girls’ Generation member Hyoyeon and GOT7’s Yugyeom for the ‘K-MAGIC’ concert held in Pasay City last October 2023.

Taemin made his debut in 2008 as one of the five members of the group SHINee, popular for their hit songs ‘Replay,’ ‘Ring Ding Dong,’ ‘Lucifer,’ and ‘View,’ among many others.

In 2014, he expanded his horizons and began his solo music career with the release of the extended play titled ‘Ace,’ which carried the single ‘Danger.’

Over the past decade, Taemin has dropped songs like ‘Press Your Number,’ ‘Move,’ ‘Day and Night,’ ‘2 Kids,’ and ‘Criminal.’

Last August, he made his first comeback under his new agency with his latest EP ‘Eternal,’ which carried the singles ‘Sexy In The Air’ and ‘Horizon.’

Taemin is also served as the MC of Mnet’s survival show ‘Road To Kingdom: Ace of Ace,’ which ended its run earlier this November.
