The K-pop group is back with their newest mini-album.
On Friday, November 15, Korean boy group ATEEZ released their eleventh mini-album titled ‘Golden Hour: Part 2,’ the sequel to ‘Golden Hour: Part 1’ that was launched last May.
Featured as the title track for the sophomore ‘Golden Hour’ album is ‘Ice On My Teeth,’ which had its music video premiered concurrent to the mini-album.
As of writing, the MV has received 14 million views on video-sharing platform YouTube, more than 48 hours after it was uploaded.
ATEEZ, consisting of members Hongjoong, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung, and Jongho, made their debut in 2018 under the South Korean music label KQ Entertainment.
Since then, they have dropped multiple albums and extended plays, such as ‘Say My Name,’ ‘Illusion,’ ‘Wave,’ ‘Answer,’ ‘Inception,’ ‘Guerilla,’ and ‘Bouncy.’
In late 2023, they landed their first No. 1 placement in the Billboard 200 chart for ‘The World EP.Fin: Will’ that carries the song ‘Crazy Form.’
They also successfully climbed to the top of the same music chart upon the release of ‘Golden Hour: Part 1,’ which carries the lead single ‘Work.’
2024 also proves to be historic for the team, as they became the first K-pop boy band to perform at the Coachella music festival in the USA last April.
