On Thursday, October 3, Filipino-American singer Olivia Rodrigo arrived in the Philippines two days ahead of her scheduled concert in Bulacan this weekend.
The ‘good 4 u’ singer is set to perform for the first time in front of a Filipino crowd at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan on Saturday, October 5, as part of her ongoing ‘Guts’ world tour series.
Through her official TikTok account, Rodrigo shared her excitement for the upcoming event.
Upon her arrival in Manila, the Grammy award-winning singer was warmly received by her “kababayan” crowd at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
Accompanying her for this leg of the tour is her boyfriend, British actor Louis Partridge, who was also spotted at the airport beside her.
Partridge, 21, is known for his portrayal of Viscount Tewkesbury in the Netflix series ‘Enola Holmes’ and as Peter Pan in ‘The Lost Girls.’
Speaking of Netflix, the streaming giant has also previously announced that it will be uploading Olivia Rodrigo’s ‘Guts’ concert on its platform this October 29.
Olivia Rodrigo is known for her songs ‘drivers license,’ ‘deja vu,’ ‘good 4 u,’ ‘traitor,’ and ‘Vampire.’
In March, she released the single ‘Obsessed,’ which is part of the deluxe edition of her sophomore album ‘Guts,’ the tour’s namesake.
